The wonderful world of lizards

August 19, 2020 @ 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

**Event update POSTPONEMENT:  **

Due to the current covid situation we have had to make the hard decision to postpone this event.

Keep an eye out though as we will repost with the rescheduled date when we can!  🙂

——

Conservation week is 15th -23rd August and we are excited to be working with the local herpetological society (think lizards, reptiles, frogs and amphibians!) as part of our focus on invertebrates and lizards this month.

Invertebrates are an important factor in the life cycle of our kiwi as they are the kiwi food source and a healthy invertebrate layer indicates a great habitat for the survival of our kiwi!

Come along to East Taranaki Environment Collective from 4.30pm to see the local herpetological society live lizard display. There will be a talk from the society and tea and coffee available.  Gold coin donation please

.
